Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing & Outreach
• Identify and engage top-tier early-career talent in North America. Direct sourcing, referral channels, and targeted outreach in partnership with Talent Marketing
• Assessment & Regional Alignment: Review and process candidate applications
• Campus Partnerships & Events
• Plan, attend, and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus info sessions across target locations to position Veeva as an employer of choice
• Community & Referral Pipeline
• Build and nurture a dedicated, long-term referral pipeline across internal employee networks, university alumni groups, and student organizations
• Pre-boarding & Candidate Engagement
• Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date. Host monthly candidate touchpoints, facilitate cohort networking, and maximize early network visibility
• Continuous Improvement: Embody our Care, Notice, Act philosophy by continuously evaluating sourcing channels, iterating digital campaigns, and optimizing hiring processes to keep things simple and highly effective
