Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• • Provides support to the Digital Marketing teams, with a high attention to detail•• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings•• May coach and review the work of other team members•• Develops and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals•• Oversees all aspects of social media including content, analytics, customer interactions, etc. •• Manages a social media agency to assist with execution of the organizations strategy •• Develops social media strategies specific to our owned accounts, profiles, and channels•• Creates engaging and shareable content tailored for each platform, including text, image, and video content•• Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns•• Monitors and engages with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner•• Plans and executes social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.•• Manages budget effectively and provides detailed performance reports•• Utilizes social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly•• Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive
