CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, manage, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and other communication channels.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies focused on user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Build and optimize automated communication workflows based on user behavior, trading activity, and engagement patterns.
• Develop advanced customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant communications to different user groups.
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key CRM performance indicators, including conversion rates, retention, reactivation, churn, and campaign effectiveness.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to continuously improve campaign messaging, targeting, timing, and conversion performance.
• Work closely with marketing, product, design, and customer support teams to coordinate CRM activities and ensure consistent communication.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, trading competitions, referral programs, and other engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase user activity, encourage repeat trading, and improve overall customer value.
