Idram LLC is looking for an experienced, motivated marketing Marketing research and reporting specialist to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer
behavior, market opportunities, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights
that support strategic planning, product development, and marketing initiatives.
Design, manage, and analyze customer satisfaction and market research surveys (e.g.
NPS, CSAT, CSI, and ad hoc studies), interpret results, identify key improvement areas
and present data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and
business performance.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive analytical reports and dashboards that
provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support strategic business decision-
Perform customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and campaign performance
