We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Platform Administrator to lead enterprise clients through complex transitions from ServiceNow to Atlassian Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in both platforms, exceptional data mapping skills, and a proven track record of delivering seamless ITSM platform migrations with minimal business disruption.
Responsibilities
- Help review clients' current ServiceNow setups (workflows, catalog items, SLAs, knowledge bases, and custom tables) and support the planning of migration steps to JSM
- Assist with moving data such as tickets, assets, users, and attachments from ServiceNow to JSM, making sure the information stays accurate and complete
- Help set up JSM projects, request types, automation rules, SLAs, and queues under guidance from senior team members
- Support the process of connecting third-party tools and systems to the new JSM environment
- Take part in testing activities, including checking data accuracy and helping with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Communicate with client teams and end-users to provide basic support, answer questions, and help with training materials
