We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Live Quality Supervisor to oversee live gaming activities and ensure optimal performance and compliance across all shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of live gaming operations, and the ability to manage technical and operational challenges in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Shift Preparation & Handover: Arrive 30 minutes before the shift to review operational updates, ongoing issues, and new employee performance insights.
- Pre-Shift & Operational Readiness
- Conduct check-ins, ensure dealers meet appearance and uniform standards, and verify new employees' game knowledge.
- Quality Control & Performance Management
- Monitor live dealer performance, provide feedback, address errors, and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
- Live Game Supervision & Issue Resolution
- Oversee real-time game operations, ensuring smooth dealer transitions and prompt resolution of technical or gameplay issues.
- Employee Training & Development: Evaluate dealer performance, coordinate retraining for underperforming employees, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, document violations, and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
