Growth Lead, Consumer Fraud Reporting

Responsibilities

• Build a Safer World.
• Own the top of the funnel for Chainabuse.
• Set the baseline, the quarterly targets, and the channel mix (SEO, content, paid, social, community, email) that lifts vetted report submission volume.
• Build and operate the partner integrations that route reports from where victims already are: exchange complaint flows, wallet provider scam-detection, victim-support advocacy orgs, and LE referral pipelines. Run partner discovery, scoping, legal review, integration spec, launch, and post-launch reporting yourself.
• Set and enforce the victim-facing tone-of-voice. The audience is recently scammed and emotionally compromised; quality review across intake forms, emails, social, and community is a non-negotiable part of the role.
