Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major Capital Platform problem space with material business impact
- Lead multi-quarter, cross-team initiatives that require deep systems thinking and operate under significant ambiguity
- Design scalable, configurable platform capabilities that serve a diverse set of capital partners without fragmentation or bespoke delivery
- Partner deeply with engineering to define product architecture, tradeoffs, sequencing, and long-term evolution of capital platform systems
- Deliver durable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet reliability, compliance, and operational requirements
