Change Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business IT change requests, from initiation to completion.
• Prioritize requests based on business impact, urgency, risks, and available resources.
• Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and define deliverables.
• Track request progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery timelines, performance metrics, and SLAs to ensure timely completion.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and apply best practices to optimize request management.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct post-delivery reviews and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
