Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape initiative-level strategy across domains as a genuine thought partner to the Product Leadership Team, with a primary focus on ISV partnerships and integrations
• Research and build the business case for company-level bets, including opportunities to embed Lansweeper's capabilities into partner platforms and ecosystems
• Define what good discovery and validation look like across the organisation — set the standard, don't just follow it
• Engage prospects, customers, and partners at the most senior level to validate roadmap direction, including ISV partners, resellers, and MSPs
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle — from requirements and prototypes through to delivery — and step into any domain's delivery problem when it matters most
• Build and evolve Lansweeper's partner ecosystem, including ISV relationships, integration partners, resellers, and MSPs
• Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement, in close partnership with Product Marketing
• Shape how the Product organisation works — contribute to standards, practices, and the hiring bar
