Product Manager/ Game Producer - Casino Games

Responsibilities

• Own the Full Game Lifecycle
• Lead casino games from concept and business case through game design, development, QA, certification, launch, and post launch performance.
• Drive the Roadmap
• Develop and manage a strong game roadmap across Slots, Card & Table, and Arcade based on player needs, market opportunities, business priorities, and portfolio gaps.
• Act as Product Manager and Game Producer
• Translate strategy into clear game concepts, GDDs, requirements, priorities, milestones, and actionable development plans.
• Champion Creative and Game Quality: Guide gameplay, mechanics, math, features, art, animation, audio, UI/UX, and overall player experience to deliver polished, compelling games.
• Drive Innovation with Purpose
• Analyze successful games, suppliers, mechanics, player behavior, and adjacent gaming categories to identify opportunities worth adapting, improving, or reinventing.
• Lead Internal and External Development: Work closely with external studios, RGS and platform partners, Product, Engineering, Art, Math, QA, Compliance, Release, Analytics, Marketing, and Casino Operations to deliver games successfully.
