At certain points, some students lose motivation and start considering dropping out or pausing their payments. We're looking for someone who knows how to turn dissatisfaction into a result: not just listening and reassuring, but bringing the conversation to a concrete resolution — the student stays in the program and keeps paying.
Responsibilities
- Working with students who are hesitant about continuing their studies or falling behind on payments due to loss of motivation
- Handling objections and retaining clients — grounding every conversation in a concrete next step with a date
