Senior Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across single or multiple accounts, ensuring successful project execution, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
• Organize delivery teams and initiate projects, ensuring the right people, capabilities, and delivery setup are in place
• Manage selected key projects directly, taking hands-on ownership of delivery, risks, timelines, quality, and stakeholder management
• Partner with Managers and Client Partners to ensure successful delivery and strong client relationships
• Take ownership of delivery across new and existing accounts, including account inception and consultative selling
• Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for clients
• Support business development activities and contribute to financial oversight
• Oversee delivery processes, project execution, risks, and quality standards
• Engage in presales and consultative selling across multiple technologies
• Provide high-level architecture oversight and support SDLC setup for complex technical projects
