IT Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and maintain alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and provide regular status updates, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices, process enhancements, and lessons learned within the Agile framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports, for ongoing and future reference.
• Apply industry knowledge, when applicable, to support regulatory compliance and understanding of financial systems and processes.
