We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of analytics for Krisp’s Call Center and Developer businesses.This is a high-ownership role. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond responding to analytics requests: understand the business, identify the right questions to ask, build the data foundation needed to answer them, and turn data into insights that influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics end to end for our Call Center and Developer businesses
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand their goals and translate them into measurable metrics
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and problems
- Build and maintain data models that provide reliable foundations for analysis and reporting
- Build reports and dashboards that make important metrics easy to understand and act on
- Communicate findings clearly, including the reasoning, assumptions, and limitations behind the analysis
