Trafilea is scaling fast; and our wholesale channel is accelerating even faster. We’re looking for an innovative, proactive Wholesale Marketing Manager to lead retail and wholesale marketing for Shapermint and Truekind across North America and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the Brand Marketing Manager and supporting specialists.
- Develop and execute 360° campaigns integrating OOH, influencer, in-store, and digital tactics.
- Support freestanding store launches with playbooks, launch plans, and evaluations.
- Monitor sell-through, traffic lift, and digital performance metrics for all campaigns.
- Own retail marketing budget allocation, including co-op spend and production costs.
- Implement AI-driven tools for campaign tracking and creative optimization.
