We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in SEO to lead our team of 6 marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent English, and proven team-management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 6-person marketing team.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and leads.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
- Manage SEO content strategy and link-building activities.
- Track SEO KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Manage and optimize SMM and digital marketing activities.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.
