Senior Solution Architect - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud

Responsibilities

• Shape and engineer solutions that support legacy modernization work in line with client needs
• Steer architecture-related discussions in coordination with business stakeholders and technical groups
• Move forward cloud and business transformation programs while keeping consistent with technical protocols
• Provide coaching and backing to less-experienced team members across the full span of project delivery
• Team up with clients to examine current mainframe setups and surface opportunities for modernization
• Build out modernization strategies that include re-platforming, re-factoring, re-architecting, and cloud migration
• Deliver hands-on technical leadership to development teams to support project success
• Employ reverse engineering approaches to study legacy code and surface embedded business rules
• Chart and coordinate how modernized systems connect with existing infrastructure
• Roll out quality assurance practices that address performance, security, and compliance obligations
