• Platform administration: Hold day-to-day admin ownership of core go-to-market automation platforms: configuration, architecture, and health.
• Maintain deep working knowledge of Salesforce and partner with the central Systems team on platform boundaries and shared standards.
• Integrations: Under the leadership of the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation, design, maintain, and set the architectural pattern for integrations across the revenue tech stack, ensuring new integrations are consistent, scalable, and reusable across teams.
• Tech Stack evolution: Proactively assess the revenue systems stack and bring forward a data-driven point of view on what should be built, changed, or deprecated, including a clear recommendation.
• Own structured evaluation and adoption of emerging revenue technology and specialized automation or enrichment platforms (e.g. Hook), maintaining a forward-looking perspective on what the team should consider in the next planning cycle.
