We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale technology delivery engagements for clients in the Oil & Gas / Energy / Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical delivery expertise in Java or .NET technologies, along with proven experience managing enterprise application development, managed services engagements, and fixed-price programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation programs
Manage delivery within Managed Services and Fixed Price engagement models, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, quality, and commercial commitments
Drive delivery governance, project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
Oversee cross-functional engineering teams, including architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define roadmaps, delivery priorities, and transformation initiatives
Ensure smooth execution of Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, release management, and resource allocation
Supervise implementation of scalable solutions using Java/J2EE, .NET, C#, and Microservices architecture
Promote operational excellence, process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement
Support client governance forums, escalations, executive reporting, and revenue/margin management
