Inside Sales Representative SMB, MSP (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond promptly to inbound leads, ensuring a strong first impression of Keeper’s MSP program and products
• Manage day-to-day partner requests for pricing, training, and renewals while identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct engaging virtual demos that articulate Keeper’s value in cybersecurity, password management, and privileged access solutions
• Research and reach out to potential MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to generate new pipeline and drive program adoption
• Work in tandem with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while maintaining territory continuity
• Participate in sales training and enablement activities to build expertise in Keeper’s portfolio and develop into a future ISR 2
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally, nationally, and potentially internationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
