We are looking for a proactive, organized and creative team member who will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing promotion projects of the Company and the brands it represents, managing SMM activities, as well as coordinating design and visual communication work. We need a specialist who can see the project as a whole: understand the goal, propose solutions, plan the work, coordinate the specialists involved and bring the process to a final, quality result.
Responsibilities
- Take part in developing and shaping the company's short-term and long-term marketing strategy, based on market trends, the competitive environment and customer needs, and implement it.
- Work with category managers to approve category development prospects and their implementation plans.
- Ensure continuous growth in the Company's brand awareness.
- Organize and carry out advertising campaigns in line with the marketing plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitive changes occurring in the market.
- Analyze market trends, pricing policy and competitors' activities.
- Follow the latest marketing tools, technologies and trends.
- Create opportunities for team members' development, including professional training, and work on increasing productivity.
