We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our GenAI development team and support the delivery and operation of cloud-based AI solutions in a secure enterprise environment. The team develops and maintains Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and AI-powered applications leveraging Azure AI services and modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Support DevOps activities for Azure-based AI and GenAI solutions
Support and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments Work with Azure DevOps pipelines, release processes, and deployment activities
Support and troubleshoot Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry)
Support and maintain operational workflows involving n8n and LangSmith Coordinate activities related to WAFs, firewalls, private networking, and secure connectivity
Monitor, investigate, and help resolve operational and deployment-related issues
Manage and track tickets, service requests, approvals, and dependencies across multiple teams
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deliver changes and resolve issues
Drive DevOps-related activities from initiation to completion and ensure timely follow-up on open actions
Contribute to secure, reliable, and efficient operation of cloud-based solutions
