Senior Creative Operations Lead, Brand

Responsibilities

• Build the Brand Operations discipline from the ground up, establishing the systems, standards, and practices that support scalable, high-performing brand work.
• Design and implement operational workflows that improve visibility, prioritization, intake, approvals, handoffs, timelines, and overall process hygiene across the Brand team.
• Partner with technical teams to scope, author, and maintain the processes, automations, and tooling that form the Brand operational model.
• Apply advanced AI capabilities to automate manual tasks, build intelligent workflows, and create scalable systems—this is a core job function, not an optional enhancement.
• Evaluate, implement, and continuously optimize tools that support project management, asset workflows, collaboration, review cycles, and team planning.
• Establish frameworks for how AI should be applied across Brand operations, ensuring adoption is practical, measurable, and aligned with team goals.
• Author, document, and manage team processes so they are clear, repeatable, and easy for cross-functional partners to adopt and follow.
• Partner closely with producers, brand managers, art directors, and technical teams to ensure operating models support both creative excellence and executional clarity.
• Track operational performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, reduce friction, and increase organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as the central owner of Brand team process clarity, ensuring roles, responsibilities, timelines, and decision-making pathways are well understood across the organization.
