Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay

Responsibilities

• Build: Configure and maintain our Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports, so that Finance teams can rely on them every day.
• Resolve system requests and incidents quickly, find the root cause of issues, and implement durable improvements that boost customer satisfaction.
• Partner: Work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, and various other teams to understand their goals and turn them into clear requirements, designs, and well-tested solutions.
• Plan, manage, and execute projects and keep partners informed with clear plans, timelines, and updates.
