Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Handle operational cases directly at first to identify process gaps and establish meaningful performance metrics.
• Design and launch production automations, then validate them with live workflows and measure their impact.
• Scale automated agents across your domain while reserving human review for high-risk or complex decisions.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering to specify agents and build operational tools.
• Create and maintain escalation paths, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
• Improve throughput while keeping operational processes efficient and headcount stable.
• Own a core operational domain at an early-stage financial technology company, such as customer operations, payment operations, or financial crime operations. You will build its processes, metrics, tooling, and automations, partnering directly with the COO and working closely with Product and Engineering.
