We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Hungary and support our UK/Ireland team to help drive the business forward. We recruit exceptionally talented people who have a passion for and take pride in their work and are perfectionists in what they do.
Responsibilities
- Ensure HR records are maintained and up to date - newcomers and leavers
- Administer changes in various tools and systems
- Responsible for all contract and contracts’ extension preparation in timely manner
- Responsible for obtaining background criminal and financial checks and professional reference for all new starters prior to their start date
- Help prepare regular HR updates and newsletters
- Collect data and help prepare various reports that support business and HR leaders
- Participate in conducting inductions for new joiners
- Help maintain effective and engaging communication with employees
- Assist and support with benefits administration
- Assisting the global mobility teams in managing temporary accommodations for relocated employees
