Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Kalepa’s global field marketing and events strategy and calendar, aligned to GTM priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals
• Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and opportunities where marketing can create engagement, deepen relationships, and accelerate deal progression
• Design and execute Kalepa’s full range of events, from major industry conferences to highly curated executive dinners, roundtables, and customer advisory boards
• Build integrated pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize attendance, account engagement, follow-up, and conversion
• Drive measurable business outcomes, including pipeline created and influenced, revenue sourced, and impact on deal progression and velocity
• Own pre- and post-event workflows, ensuring strong engagement before events and structured follow-up that converts to pipeline and revenue
• Develop repeatable field marketing and event playbooks while continuously testing new ways to engage senior insurance leaders
• Coordinate speaking opportunities, award nominations, and conference submissions for executives and product leaders
• Launch and scale Kalepa’s webinar program as a complementary field marketing channel
