Sales Specialist (Construction & Real Estate Development)

Responsibilities

• Present and sell apartments and residential units to prospective clients
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Consult clients on available projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and project launches
