You will partner deeply with engineering, compliance, legal, partnerships, and the broader Alpaca product team to ship regulated crypto infrastructure at scale. You will help shape and grow the crypto product itself, and you will be expected to provide early signal on US policy changes rather than react after rules formalize.
Responsibilities
- Own the spot crypto exchange product surface - pair coverage, order types, availability in various jurisdictions and the partner facing experience for trading crypto on Alpaca.
- Lead integrations that unlock funding and liquidity with LPs and custodians.
- Own the stablecoin funding flow, including paths for USDC and other regulated / GENIUS-aligned stables.
- Drive staking and lending / earn product design within regulatory and ops constraints.
- Lead and execute the product case for crypto perps.
