A fast-moving and highly ambiguous market: DeFi and crypto markets evolve quickly, and you’ll often need to make product decisions with incomplete information. Technical complexity: You’ll work closely with engineers and need to understand protocols, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, on-chain data, liquidity, and trading mechanics well enough to make informed product decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product strategy and initiatives across our DeFi and trading products, working closely with engineering, design, research, and other cross-functional teams to identify user needs and build best-in-class trading and developer experiences.
Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, identify bottlenecks, and make pragmatic trade-offs to ship high-quality products within time and resource constraints.
Lead prioritization, risk analysis, resource allocation, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives, while aligning stakeholders around clear product goals.
