A fast-moving and highly ambiguous market: DeFi and crypto markets evolve quickly, and you’ll often need to make product decisions with incomplete information. Technical complexity: You’ll work closely with engineers and need to understand protocols, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, on-chain data, liquidity, and trading mechanics well enough to make informed product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy and initiatives across our DeFi and trading products, working closely with engineering, design, research, and other cross-functional teams to identify user needs and build best-in-class trading and developer experiences.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, identify bottlenecks, and make pragmatic trade-offs to ship high-quality products within time and resource constraints.
- Lead prioritization, risk analysis, resource allocation, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives, while aligning stakeholders around clear product goals.
