Senior Loyalty & Promotions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the development of client recommendations across loyalty programs, offer strategies, membership experiences and subscription models
• Contribute to end-to-end program design, including strategic options, business cases, economics and go-to-market approaches
• Collaborate with data, experience design, digital product and delivery teams to support the execution of integrated client projects
• Prepare materials, analyses and points of view that help account teams align solutions to client needs
• Support new business development efforts, including research, proposal content and pitch materials
• Research and draft proposal content, pitch materials and RFP responses under the guidance of senior team members
• Co-author research, articles and points of view that support the practice's thought leadership in loyalty and promotions Represent the practice at industry events, webinars and forums to build visibility and expertise
• Help cultivate relationships with external platform partners on practice-related initiatives
• Partner closely with senior consultants and practice leads to learn and apply emerging approaches in loyalty and promotions strategy
