Responsibilities
- Develop a consultation methodology and work-plan to identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, interests and preferences related to access to health products across MSF.
- Design and implement a mixed-methods consultation process, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches as appropriate.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups and/or other consultation activities with a diverse range of stakeholders across regions, operational entities and functions within MSF.
- Analyse consultation findings and identify key learning needs, knowledge gaps, barriers, motivations and audience preferences relevant to access-related learning.
- Translate consultation findings into recommendations for a syllabus for the Access 101 Tembo course.
