We are looking for a Senior Delivery/Project Manager to revolutionize our Fortune Global 500 clients’ projects in E-Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences with emerging trends in Data, Cloud and GenAI. Responsibilities
- Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria
- Manage the delivery process, including requirements, risks and the budget
- Oversee product quality, setting benchmarks and engaging the team to meet them
- Facilitate UAT / production deployments and manage releases
- Prepare the WBS and resource plans
- Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks and progress
- Interface with clients daily, holding demos, training engineers and managing expectations
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, mentoring and coaching team members
- Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people management issues
- Implement organizational best practices on the projects
