Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Make straight-to-the-point brief decks and presentations
• Absorve, condense and communicate project risks and status
• Work with C-level internal and external from a neutral position
• Know when to talk and when to withdraw from conversation
• Set a meeting agenda and avoid topic drifting.
• Expose problems and issues with alternative solutions showing understanding of the root cause
• Make good use of the team's time leaving time aside for deep focused work for the projects to move forward.
• Ability to separate, differentiate and isolate architecture, business and project decisions
• High level understanding of SDLC, development, infrastructure, QA and Security
• Ability to identify and analyze technical requirements or issues when necessary to avoid overload of development teams
