Responsibilities

• Client Partnership
• Partner with Commercial client groups — managers and employees across Sales, Customer Success, Service, Commercial Operations, Partnerships, and Business Development — as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle: team effectiveness, manager coaching, org design, workforce planning and engagement survey…
• Employee Relations
• Support employee relations casework in the Philippines and US — PIP, policy violations, and conflict resolution — partnering with managers to document consistently and reduce legal risk; use sound judgment on when to escalate
• Change Management
• Support managers and teams through organizational change, helping drive clarity and alignment during transitions
• Operational Excellence
• Support execution of HR programs — performance cycles, calibrations, engagement survey insights — tailored to Thumbtack's needs
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Analyze people data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations for managers and leaders
