Responsibilities
- Du betreust ein eigenes Portfolio an Patient:innen, die sich für Kaia angemeldet haben, und hilfst ihnen, ihre Therapie erfolgreich zu starten
- Du erklärst einfach und einfühlsam, wie Kaia funktioniert und wie Patient:innen es nutzen können, und gehst auf ihre Fragen und Bedenken ein
- Du hältst per Telefon, E-Mail und Messaging Kontakt zu Patient:innen und gehst proaktiv auf diejenigen zu, die Unterstützung brauchen
- Bei Bedarf stimmst du dich mit Arztpraxen und Krankenkassen ab
- Du hältst den Status aller Patient:innen in unserem CRM jederzeit aktuell
