We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – Insurance (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Berlin or Munich, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive new logo acquisition and expand whitespace opportunities within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Leverage an established network in Germany’s insurance sector to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive consultative sales of complex IT development and digital solutions to achieve revenue targets
- Engage with client leadership to understand priorities and co-create digital and commercial roadmaps
- Develop compelling value propositions, lead proposal preparation and manage all stages of the deal cycle
- Collaborate with consulting, engineering, delivery and partner teams to design integrated client solutions
- Foster co-selling opportunities with ecosystem partners to broaden market coverage
- Share market insights and best practices to support regional and global growth objectives
