Responsibilities
Define and clarify requirements by engaging with stakeholders Ensure scope is well-defined and managed across the program
Maintain accurate documentation for program and project management
Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software lifecycle Serve as a scrum master by managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders
Oversee release schedules and milestones while maintaining high efficiency in a fast-paced setting
Facilitate software development, project management, cross-functional coordination, and team communications to achieve optimal program outcomes
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop comprehensive project plans and establish timelines Perform data analysis to inform decision-making
Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders Track project progress and share key performance metrics Confirm that solutions meet business needs and objectives
Support activities during the implementation phase
Conduct reviews post-implementation to evaluate project success Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging practices
