We are looking for Business System Analysts for the Core Banking Systems team - the team builds scalable, high-load systems for processing financial transactions for all customer banking products and payment processing, leveraging technologies like Kafka, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to be the bridge between our business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, the finance team and the risk team to gather, analyze, and translate requirements for financial transaction processing into clear, technical specifications.
- Design and document the end-to-end logic for financial transaction lows across our processing and accounting systems.
- Collaborate with our software engineering and QA teams, providing detailed task breakdowns and ensuring the successful implementation and rigorous testing of new features.
- Maintain data integrity and system accuracy through regular reconciliation processes, using SQL to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support financial audits by preparing and delivering accurate data extracts.
