Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.
- What We Look For
- Fluent English and Ukrainian (required)
- Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
