Marketing Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand strategies.
• Execute approved marketing initiatives, continuously evaluating their effectiveness and optimizing activities based on market trends, consumer insights and business needs.
• Develop, manage and evaluate consumer promotions, events and brand activation programs in cooperation with advertising, creative and BTL agencies.
• Coordinate the development of brand communication materials, including advertising, promotional materials and packaging design where applicable.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor media campaigns to ensure effective communication with target audiences and achievement of campaign objectives.
• Work closely with external agencies to develop impactful advertising campaigns consistent with brand positioning and strategy.
• Champion brand identity, values and positioning across the organization, ensuring consistent communication internally and externally.
• Coordinate the selection, procurement and effective utilization of promotional materials in cooperation with the Procurement Department.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities and research data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution of marketing programs, sales activities and promoter performance, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
