Social Media Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a Social Media Growth Manager who understands how algorithms work, knows why content goes viral, and can turn those insights into repeatable, scalable growth systems.
• This is not a traditional social media management role. You won't be managing content calendars, scheduling posts, or focusing on community engagement. You'll be engineering organic growth at scale.
