Sales officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish contact with potential B2B clients, prioritizing organizations employing more than 150 employees and operating in sectors with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
• Develop and implement a B2B sales plan, including lead generation, client outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to prospective clients, promoting Workplace First Aid training programs and First Aid kits.
• Maintain and regularly update a customer database and sales pipeline, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and service offers to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with corporate clients in line with ARCS procedures.
• Propose annual and quarterly sales targets for Workplace First Aid services and contribute to achieving agreed revenue goals.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, including performance against targets, pipeline status, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Serve as the primary contact person for inquiries related to Workplace First Aid services.
• Coordinate with the First Aid Department to schedule trainings, secure venues, ensure trainer availability, and facilitate the delivery of services.
