Creedroomz is looking for a Head of Administration & Operations to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of key administrative and operational projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Lead procurement and negotiate with vendors
- Manage construction, renovation and property-related projects
- Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, budgets and deliverables
- Oversee warehouse, inventory and company assets
- Review supplier agreements and commercial contracts from an operational perspective
- Prepare budgets, reports, comparisons and recommendations for management
- Identify problems proactively and ensure tasks are completed from start to finish
