Lead Game Designer (Meta, Unannounced Project)

Responsibilities

• We’re currently launching a new project — and building a new meta-vertical from the ground up. In this role, you will own feature development end-to-end: from concept and documentation to validation in the build and final quality.
• 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer / System Designer / Product Game Designer / Feature Owner
• Experience owning large features from ideation through implementation and build validation
• Ability to build effective communication with Dev, UI/UX, QA, and Production teams
• Experience making independent design decisions and articulating the rationale behind them
• Experience developing mobile F2P games
• Experience mentoring or functionally leading other Game Designers
• Game Design Leadership
• Assign features across designers, review documentation and design decisions
• Participate in hiring and onboarding Game Designers, provide regular feedback, and support team development
