HR Specialist/HR Generalist (People Operations Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day People Operations tasks from an HR perspective, including onboarding, adaptation, benefits, medical insurance, background checks, exit processes, and operate in related shared services
• Provide ongoing support throughout the employee adaptation process
• Create, maintain, and where needed implement HR processes in daily activities (adaptation, office branding/improvements, administrative matters such as work environment and branded gifts purchasing, etc)
• Communicate regularly with the managerial team and unit employees; act as an advisor to managers on HR-related issues and processes
• Provide administrative support for local and global events and teambuilding activities, aligned with business needs and team lead requests
• Serve as the key contact for employee queries related to local labor law and legal regulations
• Support employees on benefits-related matters
• Handle and analyze HR-related data, and prepare regular reports based on business needs
• Contribute to the development and consistent rollout of People Management policies across the organization
• Maintain accurate, well-organized employee documentation and records with strong attention to detail
