Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting
- Conduct audience research and continuously test interests, lookalikes, broad targeting, and new audience opportunities
- Analyze key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates
- Develop creative testing strategies tailored to the NHMD brand — testing different hooks, angles, messages, visuals, and formats
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability and brand consistency
- Support other marketing initiatives and take on other assigned tasks as needed
