• Develop a Team: Guide a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters to ensure exceptional performance, enhance their recruiting skills, and support their professional growth.
• Strategic Partnership
• Collaborate closely with senior GTM leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that meet headcount targets effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments such as Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a high-quality and cohesive candidate experience.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Regularly cultivate a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives in employer branding, events, and employee referrals.
• Data-Driven Insights: Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance overall recruiting effectiveness.
