Senior Business Analyst with Data Focus

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and structure business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear alignment between business needs and technical implementation
• Translate business requirements into functional, system and data-related requirements for delivery teams
• Analyze business processes, user needs and operational problems to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design
• Collaborate with engineering, data, BI, QA and delivery teams to clarify business logic, data dependencies, reporting needs and validation expectations
• Support analysis of data flows, data structures, transformations and source-to-target logic from a business perspective
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, business rules, data-related rules, acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts
• Validate delivered functionality, reports, dashboards or data outputs against business expectations and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, clarify ambiguity, manage expectations and ensure shared understanding across business and technical teams
